Megapro offers free shipping to the continental USA on orders over $50 pre-tax.

All online orders are processed the same day or by the next business day. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose during checkout. Next day delivery requests must be made by 10am EST or they will arrive the following day.

Returns
Megapro Tools accepts Exchanges and Returns on purchases made through the website within 30 days of original purchase. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund. 

To be eligible for a return and qualify for credit, customer must notify Megapro Tools prior to returning the product. Shipping will only be reimbursed if the product has not yet shipped. If product has shipped, customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the Megapro Tools warehouse. 

All refunds are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee and returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Megapro Tools offers a Lifetime Warranty on all Made in USA and Made in Canada Screwdrivers. Warranty does not cover bits. 

Warranty refers to manufacturer’s defects and do not cover normal wear and tear, product abuse, or product modification. Products should be used for the purpose for which they are intended. Wear safety goggles and follow all safety guidelines.
